Upon arrival, we parked near the Valet area where cars idle to check in.
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I be back in the future. Not even 'be with you shortly' or 'be right with you' We said screw it and went to McDonald's (Maybe 4 tables total)ģ guys were there just staring at us and didn't say a word. There were others that were either seated and eating or had just been seated. for breakfast, stood at the front waiting to be seated for like 5 minutes. We were gonna go to the Alpine restaurant at 11 a.m. I also think the battery for the door lock was dead because I had to swipe my card over it 3-4 times before it would unlock. The light as you enter the room and the balcony light did not work. The bedside lamps barely worked and the desk lamp did not work at all.
They want to charge $4 for a bottle of water, but not have a fridge to put them in to keep them cold. Since there was no fridge, I had to use the ice bucket and 1 of the extra garbage cans in the room filled with Ice and put my drinks in those.
I had to call and have 4 more pillows brought to my room. My wife thought it was too soft, however I like a softer bed. And even then, the only 2 good things about our room was the balcony and the bed. No hotel room amenities.(mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, disposable cups etc) I am glad I downgraded from a spa suite ($499/night) to a Lakeview room($199/night).
